We couldn't be happier with our new Thermo-Twin custom made garden window!
Everyone at Thermo-Twin did a great job of helping us through a complex situation that developed during the construction of our new home. Our builder referred us to Thermo-Twin when it became apparent that another brand of garden window that had already been installed in the living room of our new house during framing was not suitable. It was shorter than what we wanted and it didn't extend out far enough for the sides to open past the brick that would later be installed on the outside wall around it. The crew that put it in removed it, and reframed the opening to the taller size. Thermo-Twin produced and installed a beautiful 5' x 5' garden window that will be the highlight of the room! Everyone we had the pleasure of working with at Thermo-Twin couldn't have been nicer or more professional!
I will definitely recommend Thermo-Twin to anyone I know who is looking for excellent windows at a great price with the best service!

In June of 2024, a salesman came to my home at my request to make a bid for and explain Thermo-Twin windows to me.
He was very clear and thorough. I also had another window company come to do the same but ended up choosing Thermo-Twin based on cost and the many recommendations of my friends.
On October 14, 2024 a team of four men from Thermo-Twin came to replace 12 windows in my home. Three windows in my dining room, a picture window flanked by two double hung windows, was a "total tear-out", meaning they not only replaced the windows, but also the wooden framework and sill. The vinyl parts of the inside of these windows were wood grained and they match the new wood completely. While two men focused on this project, the other two worked on replacing the other 9 windows. They came punctually at 8:00 AM and were completely done and completely cleaned up by about 1:00 PM.
Amazing!! They were extremely friendly and polite and explained everything to me clearly. I really like the look of my new windows. They are a vast improvement over my old 60-year-old windows. I would highly recommend this company.

When we decided to replace our windows, we started at the home show visiting the various companies displays.
We then had sales reps from three different companies visit our home for estimate's, including Thermo-Twin.
We had eleven windows we wanted replaced, nine double hung, a bay and a sun garden window.
Two of the salespeople told us they did not do garden windows, and the bay window would be too expensive to replace.
Since we saw a garden and bay window at the Thermo-Twin display, we decided to have Thermo-Twin replace our windows.

We were in the market to replace our 32 year old Anderson windows.
After talking to friends of ours that replaced their windows with Thermo-Twin, we decided to call and request a quote to replace 14 windows and a patio door. The salesman came out and right off the bat I was very impressed with his knowledge of the product, as well as the installation process. There was no sales pressure because I believe the product he showed us and the warranty offered, sold itself!
We shopped around and I can honestly say that this company offers a fair price and the warranty is second to none.
We signed the contract that day! We received the call for the installation in the timeframe the salesman quoted us.
The Thermo-Twin installation team arrived right on time. A crew of 5 window installers and an installer for the sliding glass patio door.
The workers could not have been more professional, friendly and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
You would not have known there were 6 workers performing work in our house when they left. They arrived at 8:00am and the job was completed by 1:00pm! I can't say enough about how efficient these guys were! Less than a week after our windows were installed, we received a call from Thermo-Twin. It was a courtesy call to make sure we were happy with our windows and the job that their workers had performed. They told us that if we ever have a problem or question, to give them a call. Now that is something more companies need to realize is important to customers. To know that they care enough to make sure you are happy with their work after the job has been completed. Most companies only call you when they are trying to get your signature on a contract! We are very satisfied with the product, work, and professionalism provided by Thermo-Twin. This is an employee owned company, and I believe you can tell the employees take pride in what they do and the service they provide. We will recommend Thermo-Twin!

We spoke to our Salesman, Mr. Liberto and we told him that we were in the market for new windows and doors.
He came to our house 2 days later and showed us the windows and doors, then we ordered our windows.
Then a week later Debbie called and made an appointment to get our windows and doors measured and then about 3 weeks later they called to get them installed. Russ Green and his crew came with 6 very polite gentlemen and they started the windows.
We asked how long it would take and they said about 5 hours. They were done installing 11 windows in that amount of time.
I would recommend Thermo-Twin to anyone looking to get new windows and doors.
Then Ralph Tavarez and his assistant showed up and installed our new front door and a storm door and within 3 hours they were done.

Could not have been more please from the point we met the salesman, John, until the point Russ and his crew left us with beautiful new windows and a very clean house (maybe cleaner than when they started).
The price and quality both appear very good - although it will take many years to tell for sure.

I was even more impressed with the installation. After a second measurement between the sell and the install, the windows showed up perfectly sized. Russ and his crew were on-time (15 min early actually). They couldn't have been more friendly, courteous and efficient.

After a lot of research went with Thermo-Twin for the quality of the windows and great reviews on installation.
Ordered the double hung windows in a grey finish. Windows are fiberglass covered in vinyl so should last a long time.
The double hung widows are super easy to clean as you can open window into house to clean, so no more ladders.
We went with 1/2 screens for improved clarity, very happy with choice.
When ordering windows we qualified for their largest discount at 35% off.
The 11 windows were $18,000 which seemed expensive with the discount , but everything seems expensive today.
The windows were installed on the estimated time slot. It took a crew of 4 , 1/2 day to complete installation.
The crew did an amazing job, friendly, tidy and everything turned out spot on.
By 1:30 in the afternoon windows were in, all areas cleaned up.
The house was built in 1990, so old windows were 33 years.
It is night and day clear what a difference the new windows have made with no more breeze and rooms are much warmer.

Everyone at Thermo-Twin did a great job of helping us through a complex situation that developed during the construction of our new home. Our builder referred us to Thermo-Twin when it became apparent that another brand of garden window that had already been installed in the living room of our new house during framing was not suitable. It was shorter than what we wanted and it didn't extend out far enough for the sides to open past the brick that would later be installed on the outside wall around it. The crew that put it in removed it, and reframed the opening to the taller size. Thermo-Twin produced and installed a beautiful 5' x 5' garden window that will be the highlight of the room! In June of 2024, a salesman came to my home at my request to make a bid for and explain Thermo-Twin windows to me.
He was very clear and thorough. I also had another window company come to do the same but ended up choosing Thermo-Twin based on cost and the many recommendations of my friends.
On October 14, 2024 a team of four men from Thermo-Twin came to replace 12 windows in my home. Three windows in my dining room, a picture window flanked by two double hung windows, was a "total tear-out", meaning they not only replaced the windows, but also the wooden framework and sill. The vinyl parts of the inside of these windows were wood grained and they match the new wood completely. While two men focused on this project, the other two worked on replacing the other 9 windows. They came punctually at 8:00 AM and were completely done and completely cleaned up by about 1:00 PM.
Amazing!! They were extremely friendly and polite and explained everything to me clearly. I really like the look of my new windows. They are a vast improvement over my old 60-year-old windows. I would highly recommend this company.

The Thermo-Twin installation team arrived right on time. A crew of 5 window installers and an installer for the sliding glass patio door.
The workers could not have been more professional, friendly and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
You would not have known there were 6 workers performing work in our house when they left. They arrived at 8:00am and the job was completed by 1:00pm! I can't say enough about how efficient these guys were! Less than a week after our windows were installed, we received a call from Thermo-Twin. It was a courtesy call to make sure we were happy with our windows and the job that their workers had performed. They told us that if we ever have a problem or question, to give them a call. Now that is something more companies need to realize is important to customers. To know that they care enough to make sure you are happy with their work after the job has been completed. The men who came to install our two main doors and storm doors were very professional.

They were very careful about not getting dirt inside my house and cleaned the floors with a sweeper.

My wife and I went to the 2024 Home Show in Pittsburgh.
We spoke to our Salesman, Mr. Liberto and we told him that we were in the market for new windows and doors.
He came to our house 2 days later and showed us the windows and doors, then we ordered our windows.
Then a week later Debbie called and made an appointment to get our windows and doors measured and then about 3 weeks later they called to get them installed. Russ Green and his crew came with 6 very polite gentlemen and they started the windows.
We asked how long it would take and they said about 5 hours. They were done installing 11 windows in that amount of time.
I would recommend Thermo-Twin to anyone looking to get new windows and doors.
Then Ralph Tavarez and his assistant showed up and installed our new front door and a storm door and within 3 hours they were done.

Since then I also had them install additional bay windows.
All workmanship and materials were top notch.
A short time ago I noticed moisture in the large picture window in the large bay window.
I called and spoke to Jennifer who had my original order at her fingertips.
She told me they would make window and schedule it to be replaced.
A few weeks later Larry came out and expertly removed old glass and installed new window glass.
Since I was original purchaser there was NO charge for materials or labor! Jus a nominal $80 delivery truck fee.
Everyone did a superb job and they will have all of my future business.
We highly recommend them! Oh yeah.

Could not have been more please from the point we met the salesman, John, until the point Russ and his crew left us with beautiful new windows and a very clean house (maybe cleaner than when they started).
The price and quality both appear very good - although it will take many years to tell for sure.
I was impressed with the sturdy and state-of-the-art construction that John carefully explained before our purchase.
I was even more impressed with the installation. After a second measurement between the sell and the install, the windows showed up perfectly sized. Russ and his crew were on-time (15 min early actually). They couldn't have been more friendly, courteous and efficient.
They finished 10 windows between 7:45am and 1:30pm and they cut no corners. Russ even went around the house with me window-by-window explaining how each type (slider, casement or bay) worked a little differently.
I couldn't have been more pleased. I wish ALL contractors I've had were this good!

Had all 11 windows replaced at our house Dec 2023.
After a lot of research went with Thermo-Twin for the quality of the windows and great reviews on installation.
Ordered the double hung windows in a grey finish. Windows are fiberglass covered in vinyl so should last a long time.
The double hung widows are super easy to clean as you can open window into house to clean, so no more ladders.
We went with 1/2 screens for improved clarity, very happy with choice.
When ordering windows we qualified for their largest discount at 35% off.
The 11 windows were $18,000 which seemed expensive with the discount , but everything seems expensive today.
The windows were installed on the estimated time slot. It took a crew of 4 , 1/2 day to complete installation.
The crew did an amazing job, friendly, tidy and everything turned out spot on.
By 1:30 in the afternoon windows were in, all areas cleaned up.
The house was built in 1990, so old windows were 33 years.
It is night and day clear what a difference the new windows have made with no more breeze and rooms are much warmer.

Thermo Twin replaced all of the windows (14) in my very old house in May 2023. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
The salesman suggested I replace two double-hung windows with casement windows and I am so pleased that I took his suggestion.
The install team was professional and courteous. They worked hard to finish the job in one day, and left no mess when they were done.
A couple of my windows were a bit of a challenge, due to the age of my house, but the team did a great job working through it.
I would recommend Thermo-Twin in a minute.

We recently had two replacement windows installed by Thermo-Twin. They were a delight to work with, beginning with the salesman
who came to our house, the technician who came to measure the windows, and the two gentlemen who came to install the windows.
A week after they were installed, I noticed some marks on the windows and no amount of scrubbing could remove. I notified the company,
they immediately sent someone out, and he was able to remove the spots easily. It was just some residue that was barely visible.
Excellent customer service, high quality products, very happy with my purchase, and highly recommend!!

Two years ago we had TT replace our front and back doors. The doors have been wonderful and we've had no issues or
problems with those. They seal well and always close directly behind us. When we received bonus money at work we knew we
wanted TT to do our windows as well. We adore the beautiful bay window in our living room that was suggested and very much
worth the expense. We've seen a decrease in our energy bills and our house has stayed warmer and cooler as is appropriate
for the season. All of the installers are courteous and very communicative as to where they were in the installation process.
Ron was wonderful to work with from sales and made the process both times very easy.

In all, we had 17 windows replaced (one of which was a large window above the front door), a sliding back patio door, and a front door.
We could not be happier with everything. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes that we were given.
The install team was very thorough and respectful of our home and time. They even pointed out some existing issues that were
a result of the old windows/door that they also resolved for us. I thought we would have a decent bit of clean up to do ourselves
once they were done... and it was very minimal, if any. We were in a bit of a time crunch to get everything done and were
grateful the team was able to accommodate our schedule. I would confidently recommend to anyone who was in the market for new windows/doors. The entire team and process was as advertised.

Had two prior estimates. Sales man was very friendly,didn’t play games, cut to the chase gave me what I thought was a fair quote
compared to the others. Liked the product he showed me and gave go ahead for install of 10 windows. They came for measurements
about a week later. Then the crew came about 3 or 4 weeks later. Installed all windows in one day cleaned up nicely, took all old windows.
Everyone was very friendly!!!! Even got a follow up call to see if everything was still good about 3 weeks after the install !!!

I recently purchased 11 new windows from Thermo-Twin. Eight double hung and three slider windows with grids on all.
I paid a total for the windows which I thought was reasonable. I was also able to get interest free financing through 2025.
My salesman, Ron, was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Russ Green came with three other gentlemen to
install the windows and they did a great job. Russ was so friendly and they cleaned up very well. He showed me how to
clean the windows as well. They even brought down an old air conditioner from the attic window and placed it outside for me to dispose.
I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and with the warranty that Thermo-Twin provides.

From then on we got updates for when the install would happen.
And when the installers showed up they were very considerate of our home and comfort.
All ten windows were installed in one day. At the end of the day you could only tell new
windows were installed by looking at the windows. In other words clean up was done very well.

I interviewed multiple window companies before deciding on Thermo-Twin.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the windows, workmanship and customer service.
This was by far the best home improvement project I've ever had on my house.
The Thermo-Twin team kept me updated on the progress of my window construction, and they gave
me a reasonable timeline for installation and they stuck to it.
The installation team was wonderful. The price was more than a lot of the low-end companies,
but much less than the high-end ones. I feel I got high-end windows for a very reasonable price.
